ROBBIN KAPSALIS &
VINTAGE #18
Hard-driving Blues Rhythms & Soul Grooves

The DC-based band is fronted by the smokey vocals of Robbin Kapsalis. Combined with the guitar work of Bill Holter and the powerhouse rhythm section of Alex Kuldell on drums and Mark Chandler on bass, the band has become known for its blistering live performances.

The band released their debut album Grit in April of 2017, which received praising reviews.  The album shows off the band's love of retro Soul & Blues, featuring originals and the band's take on songs by ZZ Top & Bob Dylan.

The band has had the honor of opening for Billy Price, Selwyn Birchwood, Coco Montoya, Roomful Of Blues and the Duke Robillard Band.  They also earned their way to the International Blues Challenge in 2016,

representing the Central Virginia Blues Society.
